There are indoor and outdoor tracks to compete on. The indoor areana is a favorite for many. These wooden indoor parks are a great way for family to spend a day together, regardless of the weather.

Ray’s MTB park in Cleveland Ohio was originally created for mountain biking. It fast became a popular site for BMX racers. They are crazy elevators, logs and teeter- totters to challenge any rider. They also offer a foam pit to practice your tricks.

The Unit in Greenville North Carolina is an indoor track like no other. The only problem is, it is not open to the public. The Unit is a creation of racing legend Ryan Nyquist who went all out with his facility. He created a space full of bowled corners, boxed jumps and wall rides.

Mesh in Longwood Florida is known for its insane riding. Chad Degroot and business partners opened this facility and have thrived in the Orlando area.

The Flow is another Ohio favorite. Located near Columbus, this large indoor park is large enough to be sectioned off and they have plenty of room to put up several more ramps.

Rye Airfield is loated in Rye New Hampshire. It is a 50,000 square foot facility which provides tons of ramps and includes a vert ramp and bowl.

Although the sport has become very popular the rules are important and it is imperative that they are followed.

You just be an officially licensed rider to practice or ride a BMX and you be ready when the race is set to begin. It-s important to stay alert so you are aware when the race is called because If you do not show up you will be put in last place which is not the most desired outcome.

You are not allowed to substitute your position with someone else and parents and coaches should always do their best to follow the rules and stay away from talking to the scorekeepers. It is acceptable to push the bike across the finish line.

If you leave the BMX course you should only re-enter at the safety point, but you are not allowed to cut the course in order to get a position or hinder other riders and that includes your body or touching another rider. Riding is a great sport but it is necessary to follow the most important and imperative rules of BMX riding for your safety and of others.

The 53rd Nascar Sprint Cup began on February 20, 2011 with the Daytona 500 at the Daytona International Speedway. Forty-three racers qualified including well-known Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and of course the winner, Trevor Bayne.
The top ten best drivers in Nascar has been tallied according to the current standings after the 26th Race, the Wonderful Pistachios 400 that took place at the Richmond International Raceway. In the tenth place is Dale Earnhardt, Jr who is tied in points with the ninth place holder, Tony Stewart. In eighth place is Ryan Newman, a 19 year veteran and in seventh place is Kurt Busch. In sixth place is Jimmie Johnson, a racer who got his start racing motorcycles. In fifth place is Carl Edwards, fourth is Matt Kenseth and in third is a crowd favorite Jeff Gordon. He finished the 2004 session by coming third in another series of the funny car. Top fuel eliminator is the fastest car but personal choice is what matters.

The third best drag racing strip is also located in Washington. This time, the track is located at Wapato, Washington. The facility has been opened for forty years.
The fourth best drag racing strip is the Auto Club Speedway located at Fontana, California. Like the Evergreen Speedway, the Speedway has several different tracks to accommodate different types of racing.
The fifth best drag racing strip is located in Prince George, British Columbia. It is the North Central Motorsport Park.
The sixth best drag racing strip is located between Kansas City, Missouri and Lee Summit, Missouri. It is named the Kansas City International Raceway. Some form of racing occurs on this track on Wednesday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
